i am not muscular

i want to know approx what weight would make me fill out more and more meaty...

Hey I'm 15 too, I'm 5'10'' with a medium frame, not muscular, so we must be about the same. I weigh 186 lbs and in MY opinion, I don't look big. People are different, man, so it's hard to tell. Some people have NATURALLY pudgy faces for example. You say you'd like to look more meaty so that could be a good thing in some peoples minds. Don't pig out, that's obviously not the answer. Just work out or something if you want to be muscular. Don't get discouraged, sometimes you just are what you are. Hope this helps- Runyan

Youre not that bad. Gain like 10 more lbs. Dont get all fat. i like skinny guys a lot better then meaty.

150-170 lbs. Get eating. I am 5'7" and I weigh 185 lbs, and most of it is pure muscle! But at your hieght, about what I said.

It depends where you put on the pounds, wouldn't it? Fat around the middle is different from mucsle in your legs, etc..

get some muscles...dont get fat. fat is nasty. no affence. muscle weighs more than fat anyways.
