A safe healthy way to gain weight - increase your food intake and try to eat clean, healthy, relatively un-processed foods. At the same time, do resistance training to increase muscle mass. 3 times a week should do it.

Exersise, and lots of it.
I was skinny as a twig when I was little, my mom even took me to doctor and they presribes some pills to increase my appetite. I still wouldn't eat more because apparently I wasn't reacting to that medicine at all.
Then my mom put me in a swimming class. Swimming for 2 hours every other day made me so hungry I could eat a horse. I gained significant amout of muscle from that. Once you have a lot more muscle, it sends the right chemicals to the brain that say "feed me"
Try swimming.

well the amount of calorie that u take in have to higher than the calorie u use up. so start by adding a little fat in your diet. drink plenty of water. carbs help too. they retain more water in your body. if u work out or excersice slightly decrease your routine and add more protien in your diet. my friend is using this method and he gained about 5 lbs in a month. heh....it seems easy but u have to follow the plan strictly.
