why there are so many products made in CHINA and sold in U.S.
such as ps2 and other electronic products and toys why U.S. can't make these products

Because we have things like "minimum wage." We could make them, but American labor costs too much.
There, they can pay a living wage that's much lower than ours, because their cost of living is less.

The workers in China get paid a lot less; therefore, the products cost a lot less to make in China and ship to the United States. No other reason.

It costs more to be made in America, but in China, labor is really cheap and the product is less expensive as a result

The United States CAN make these, however it is so much cheaper for the companies to out source the products......If people would stop for one year buying them we would have jobs again.

I needed some help with a credit card the other day and got India....


Same if you need tech support on a DELL PRODUCT....they out source all their work to India....

we are an inefficient producer of goods. foriegn corperations are able to make products for less money by cheaper pay and high volume. most of these foriegn corperation operate a six sigma level (which means 99.99999% of there goods are without defect). this is impossible for american companies to keep pace with.


to learn more take college courses in international business theory, and macroeconmic theory. we discussed issues all the time. when you can see things in a global perspective. you will greater understand the situation. we are a service and sale market now.

Its a second world country. Meaning most of its workforce is in secondary economic activities (manufacturing). Taiwan and most South Eastern Asia countries are examples of this.

The US manufacturers have moved everything to Chinese sweat shops where labor is 10 to 15 cents an hour...

It costs less to pay the people over there to make it. Thats why businesses here move over seas and Mexicans take our jobs. Much cheaper labor.

becos US is a developed country and everything cost in US, china is still a developing country so it is cheaper and more cost wisely to make the goods in China and shipped it to US... That is the reason why....

It comes down to cost. Believe it or not it is cheaper to have items made in another country, shipped overseas and pay tariffs then it is to make it here.
