It is indeed a pain reliever/ sleep aid tablet. 500/25 mgs dosage. To ease you mind next time, any pill that has an imprint that begins with a "L" or a "44" is likely an over the counter pill and nothing to worry about.

It is not TYLENOL PM it is marked TY c365
