My lawns are more beautiful then ever and the house is the cleanest it's been since my gardener and maid hooked up in the sack so....yes...lots of sex is good for the help.

Well, in a sense, if you look at sex as excercise. Working out is about the best thing you can do for your heatlh, and has all kinds of benefits. But! beware STDs and the psychological pitfalls of promiscuity. Take care of yourself.

well technically sex is benificial to both men and women. its all in brain chemistry and how your body reacts. first off for guys it keeps your spirits up more and for women the absorption of semen by the body produces a effect like prozac or a antidepressent. but do not have unprotected sex unless you are in a committed long term relationship that is stable. always use protection to prevent std and hiv transmission. but in general sex is good for humans.

how much is a lot for ya? if you are doing it more than 2 times a day, i´d definitely say it is a problem!!
if not, don´t worry, it´s a very health thing to do!!(well, it depends on what you do exactly, but i don´t wanna get into specifics:))
