As a tourist...
Thailand especially has a booming sex change business, especially for men. They also have great shopping, are a peaceful Buddhist country, and the Thai people are wonderful people, very friendly. It's a great place for you to go and find yourself. And if you are into arts and craft, the people are very talented and you can get good stuff at very reasonable prices.
Malaysia is a country with a Muslim majority but which is quite secular. The food is yummy. Malaysia is split into East and West Malaysia, East Malaysia has great natural features and if you are into eco-tourism, East Malaysia is great, white water rafting, splendid national parks...
Singapore has quite high per capita income and very strict laws, they do have a tendency to enforce the law by making examples to show they are serious about enforcement. So if you were thinking of something illegal, don't do it.
Of the 3, I guess Singapore is more developed followed by Malaysia, but KL and Singapore are quite similar; clubbing is better in KL, more variety.
Now if you are thinking of sex tourism, I guess any country which depends on tourism has its share of sex tourism; most large cities have their red light districts. Please don't tarnish whole countries; it's just not fair.
