Exactly how long should you wait and hold on to your virginity till u realise what you missed out on & loose IT to make up for lost time?

Looking for specific ages here no abstract concepts like when you get married... Assuming her no marriage round the corner...

The question is looking for exact figures after its not worth keeping as you have missed too much

And also taking into account things like when you leave school/uni there wont be many your age around you who are single, a lot less after 30, plus virtually no parties ot clubs to meet people and your mates all coupled up.

Music will be gone for you and then there are things like body clocks on fertility ie how long before you will need IVF or run out of eggs etc.

Or realise this dumb consept means you have completely missed out on life and no shnce of getting it back etc...

Oh dear! I can only wonder what has gone wrong with your life that you should ask such a monumentally unanswerable question. The only possible answer is as long as it's right for you. You give massive importance to marriage - most people don't these days. The old idea of the virgin bride and the bridegroom who had been "introduced" to sex by a commercial transaction went out before the first world war. If you are an adult you are a sexual being and you have the right to make your own choices

I guess it depends why you choose to remain a virgin.

If it's a religious belief, then, unless the religious system you believe in has a specific age as you are asking for, then I guess you'd be happier following your religion and foregoing sex.

If it's a personal belief that you should remain virgin say until marriage, then as you age and are unmarried and virgin, you might decide to amend your own stand. This is a personal decision; there's no exact number.

Personally I think that if you are past 35 and still a virgin, it is time to rethink. You've had a great run, stuck to your belief for a long while, but it might be time to do a rethink so you can enjoy another aspect of life.

the question is unanswerable cause from a biblical perspective there is no age at which it is right to lose your virginity if you are not married so if you don't marry you should die a virgin. Now if you want to go ask this in another category such as relationship category then you might get some answer there with an age in it. Just because you are not having sex does not mean you are missing out on life there are many things that you can do that don't involve having sex.

If you aren't getting married, I'd say never have sex. I would have remained a virgin the rest of my life if I hadn't gotten married. This is an act reserved for marriage, so you can't take it out of where it belongs and say "forget what's right" which is basically what this question is doing.

If you think sex is all that life is about, you have a twisted concept of what life is all about. There are many people that have dedicated their lives to great causes and have remained abstinent. I personally think that premarital sex is not acceptable. So if you are not married- no matter how old you are, you should not do it. This is my opinion and I will not force it on anyone- but your body is a temple and should be treated as so.
