As I have pulled away from dairy products and red meat due to cholesterol problems, I have stumbled on Soy Milk, in particular the Silk brand, and it's a fantastic source of protein and fiber. I drink the chocolate milk that I love. I use the regular white milk for my cereal, and I dring the Vanilla flavor if I just want to have a glass of milk. I'd never go back to cow's milk or beef. This soy milk is great to taste and smoothe as the Silk brand suggests. God Bless you.

Meat is the most concentrated protein, any form of animal muscle, including seafood, fish, poultry and all the usual things at the meat counter. After that, it's probably soy beans, nuts (peanut butter is surprisingly high in protein), and other beans. Dairy products have protein as well as calcium and fat.

Beans, nuts, nut butters, and seeds. Soy products have a lot of protein too, like veggie burgers, veggie hot dogs, soymilk, etc.

Salmon - because it is low fat (being a fish) despite being high in omega-3 fatty acid (necessary acid) and it is protein.
Soya beans in various forms - soy milk, soy nuts.
Other low fat meats, like poultry and other fish.

Seaweed! Seriously. But seaweed also has a high content of heavy metals, so take that into consideration.
