I would not have a problem at all with a literal interpretation of that scripture. Children of adultery end up following the ways of their parents. Maybe we need less people in the world, seems God needs to winnow the population a bit. Anyone for a real war, WWIII. Sluts and pimps are all the kind of parents we want. Oh wait a minute, that's what we have in the US now. Dump the kids in public screwel and let the state handle my problem so I can make money and find more flesh to ride.

Speaking in a spiritual sense, I don't belive that a marriage certificate is really truley what determines whether or not you're married to someone. Marriage is an agreement, a mutual promise two people make to each other to be fully and exclusively committed to one another until death. It's something you do, not something you can get handed to you in 15minutes in Vegas. I think God bases His judgment on more than a slip of paper. If you are fortunate enough to spiritually, mentally,. and emotionally make this pact with someone, then you are accepting certain responsibilities. If you then defile that, then you are breaking a vow you made to God.

Spoken like a true evolutionist of ignorance who wouldn't understand a riddle if the answer bit his %$@.
You cannot in any way take everything in revelations of all books, as litterally!
People like you will never cease to fascinate me with your "logic".
This is also a joke right?

This speaks of the great whore, Jezebel. God gave her a chance for repentance and she did not repent. There is a price to pay for sin..."you reap what ever you sew"..and sometimes that involves generations. God gives all of us mercy, to turn from our own selfish ways, and follow Him...I mean after all, He did pay the ultimate price for us.
Let us not try to hide our sins from God..He knows and sees all..let us confess them to Him, and He is a merciful God, who loves each of us..and will forgive us our sin.

Do you realize you're showing everyone that you don't have a clue what this scripture is about?
For your further research:
This is not directed to a man and a woman.
This is John's letter to the church in Thyatira.
You take it from there.

"Her children are not physical children but people that follow her in her errors of the bible."
So god is going to kill adulterers? OK. I'm waiting.

Very dumb. who is the "I will cast her" That person is going to do this not us. First of all quote the rest of it verses 20 and 21 this person Jezabell is seducing God's servants and GOD himself is saying that he is going to do this. Her children are not physical children but people that follow her in her errors of the bible. You can't even read, it doesn't say we are to go and do this but God will do it.
Rev 2:20 Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.
Rev 2:21 And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.

The verse doesn't say "You will kill" but "I will kill".
It doesn't say to kill anyone who sleeps with any woman, but only those who "commit adultery with her". You have to find out who "her" refers to.
