Well, he will have to go back to his country unless he decides to stay here illegally... And then gain a felony, and never be allowed back in the States...
And no, nor is he going to be entitled to birth control...Sorry... Unless, you wanted this to happen.
All I can imagine, is he going back to Africa and having a party....

I would say he was poking a little fun, and you took it serious. I would als o say you are naive to be sleeping with a visitor from another country. And I also think he's an illegal alien and you said Africa to get a bias opinion. I feel sorry for you ,really but damn! If you think his wife back home is going to put a stamp on his child support from another country you are disillusioned of his original intent. Have you heard of birth control? I would say that relationship would require such protection. I actually thought brotha had a funny answer for the first time!

No I don't think so ,you and the child may be out of luck.
You should have thought about that when you didn't use birth control .Why oh why do women have babies with strangers, you are going to have a child by a man you don't or cant trust. You don't have any morals that's clear .Its not the color of the guy that bothers me its your loose morals ,at least if your going to have sex with strangers use a condom. You lay down with dogs you wake up pregnant.
Omg I just gave tripleD a big thumbs up for his answer lol
I'm lost now for sure when he and I agree somethings just wrong .

Rules vary from country to country.
If that country has some deal with the USA, then you might be able to enforce judgement in his country.
There are no guarantees; the US law does not apply to other countries.
If he has assets in this country, then you might be able to get a lien on those assets in return for guarantees of child support.
If he decides not to cooperate, there's actually very little you can do.

There's no guarantee he'd have to help even if he was an American still living in your house! An ocean between you doesn't help matters. They can set a court ruling, but there are not very many ways to enforce it internationally.

nope you got used and you got played , African men are notorious for doing this and you fell for it, if you can abort it or accept you are now on your own, did you test if he gave you aids? in some African countries the infection rate is 40%
There is no child support in Africa and no help any of the these countries will give you legally

No US child support court order would be enforceable outside the US, although non-compliance may affect his ability to get another US visa to come back to the US.

there is no extradition treaty for child support. However it maybe possible for you to go that country and file a suit.If they have a legal system and you can prove parenthood,u may get some solace that you have made the man responsible
