i don't. its just a stereotype. i know a few girls who are blonde and not dumb or ditsy. unfortunatly some are but it doesnt matter as long your pretty.

I don't think blondes are dumb at all.
The people who make the presumption that blondes are dumb are the ones who are idiotic/ignorant...
I'm a blonde, straight-A student who has had multiple writing pieces published and recieved multiple awards in a wide range of academic areas...
Hair colour means nothing.
I think the reason why blondes have such a bad rep is because people consider it to be a 'sexy', 'flirty' colour and so many ditsy girls dye their hair that way to attract guys with that impression- this gives blondes the name of being 'easy'.
Super-moron-celebrities like Jessica Simpson really don't help this... I think you'll find that the large majority of "dumb blondes" weren't even actually born blonde but dyed their hair to be that way.
Bottle-blondes, dumb? Maybe... but certainly not all.

Ima blonde so I know how it goes. Dumb= crazy, absent minded, party girl. It has nothing to do with hair color just the falling into the generation of knowing the stereotype.

I think some blondes are dumb, but so are some brunettes and red heads. It has nothing to do with the hair.

i dont think blondes are born dumb,i think its how a person is raised and educated that makes them dumb.blondes are put into the "dumb" category, as some Asians are considered "computer geeks",and people who live in trailer "trailer trash",now a days every race is put into discriminating categories,so dont let any other persons comments get to you

I think they are just as intelligent as other women. It is a stereotype that they are dumb. Sandra Day O'Connor is a blonde...you know she's smart!

No not necessarily, brunettes and red heads can be dumb too, it all just depends on the level of intelligence not hair colour.

i think blonds can be good friends but they are kind of nosey and wierd as a expression lol blonds are dumb
