I actually see silver streaks, like Christmas tinsel just before I get a migraine. But you have to remember: migraines are NOT all the same. Individuals have different symptoms and not all headaches are migraine. Do you have migraines? Have you talked to a doctor about the headaches?

yes quite shiney colors when I'm just starting to get a migraine. I also get what is known as an "Ocular Migraine" that does not involve pain but has what generally appears to be a sideways U, effecting only one eye, and it has several bright colors outlined in black (usually in a repetitive pattern) and you see it whether your eyes are open or not. They last about 20 - 30 minutes and are more annoying than anything else. They distort your vision. First time I had one I was afraid I had a brain tumor or something but I have been assured that they are relatively common and harmless.

I get migranine and I see color but that color sure does hurt. If you have a problem seeing colors you should go to see a doctor immediately!

When I get a bad one I get tunnel vision and everything starts to grey out. Maybe that's just me though.

Yes, if you can't see color I would think that's a stroke or something worse!

it called an aura and its very blurred, mine is white..
