There are some over-the-counter creams and lotions available at your local drug store and/or
Wal-Mart. Cocoa Butter and Scar Zone are a couple. DermaFresh Care and Biore offer patches.

it depends on what type of scar it is. if it is a deep scar then there is little that can be done without surgery. I'm guessing because they are from pimples that they are mild scars. In that case buy some vitamin C lotion from any store. Vitamin C encourages the production of colligen and elastin in the skin. These two chemicals allow the skin to heal and look younger, and scars less prominant. hope this helped.

Check the records and sue the doctor who stitched you up. They stitched my dog bite in the opposite direction and hid the scar in the natural ines of the face. Later they stitched a cut through the eyebrow the same way and hid the scar there. So they did shoddy work and you can sue and then the scar won't matter so much.

Check with your local drug store, they have creams made to reduce the look of scars.
