I bought it about 5 days ago and I haven't seen any improvement---I brush twice a day!

I don't think so, at least it never did for me, i used it a month. but i'll tell you what DOES work are the crest whitening STRIPS. My teeth were alot whiter after a week. other people even noticed without my saying anything. you should try them :-)

oh it works great!
i used it about 6 months ago and my teeth still look great! You can get the advanced systems that sapposively works a lot faster and better.
Everyone has a different amount of enamel on thier teeth and it might take a little longer for you.

Yes, my brother never brushed his teeth and he started using it for three days and his teeth are the whitest.just use it for three days.Brush every meal.
