As long as you are eating right probably about 4 weeks. I have been doing it for 4 weeks and although my scales say the same I am way firmer and look great!!! Keep up the good work.

Depends how far out of shape you were. I usually do an assessment every 12 weeks. In the beginning, things will show earlier on, but 2 weeks is too early.

You will start to notice a difference soon. It took me 3 weeks to notice any difference in my physical appearance, but then I walked everywhere and went for morning runs, so your results may be less noticable or they may be MORE noticable. It is difficult to tell because not everyone's appearance changes at the same rate.

The first five pounds are water. At about one month, you will start to see results. I do sit-ups (100), push-ups (200), and walk a mile everyday. I felt soreness in arms and legs when I first started. At about two months, started to feel new muscles in arms and legs. Keep it up!

you should take pictureds of yourself every month because you probably wont be able to see the difference at all because it happens so slowly and you see yourself everyday...but like i said it happenes very slowly and will take at least a year for you to start seeing results you really like..you will notice inches off your waist right away though.

It begins to show almost immediately on someone with less body fat, so take comfort that your body is changing even if you can't see it at the moment.

Eat more protein and do aerobic excercise to get your heart rate up for about 30 minutes each day. You will see physical results.
