Coffee is not really good for anyone...it has a lot of caffeine which is a stimulant.........that is what is keeping you awake at night.......'
caffeine is found in soft drinks, chocolate and tea also. If you drink more than three drinks with caffeine in them each day you can lose a lot of calcium and your bones will become brittle over time. Water is really the best thing for you.eight glasses a day if you can drink that much.

Really, the coffee isn't good for us exactly, because hasn't nutrients for our diets. The reason for many people loves it is for the cafeine, an substance that creates addiction and produces dificcult for sleep. It activates the symphatic sistem and the secundary effects are tachycardia, insomnia, increment alert state...

It's not the best for us...but anyway, if you want to sleep you need to get decaffinated coffee.
