I think 18 is about the oldest you could set the legal gambling age, before the prohibition on young people means they will seek it out no matter what.
The legal age in the UK is 18. By then, you can drive, get married, own a credit card etc. Saying that you're not fit to gamble seems a bit hypocritical.
16 is perhaps a shade too young, though I have never seen young kids playing slot machines at funfairs asked for ID.

The gambling age is 18 depending on what you are gambling on and where you are gambling... check out this site to see where 18 is legal and where 21 is legal...

The reason the age is 21 to gamble at a casino is because they give free drinks to people who are gambling.
Lotto and bingo are forms of gambling and you only have to be 18 for those.
The reason for that is because you are considered an adult at 18 and more responsible.

At 18 you are still very young and stupid. You may think you know it all but my friend you do not. I'm 28 going on 29 and i still don't know anything about anything. At 21 your head is on much better. But you can go to Indian casinos in California if you must go when your 18 years old.

no...I think it should stay at 21....the driving age however should be moved up to 18...too many kids killing themselves because they can't drive very well
