Don't know. Never needed it.

Yes it does and so do the other ED drugs out there. Viagra works for only a few hours while Cialis works for several days. Of course there needs to be stimulation visual, mental, or physical for the ahem West Pointer to stand at attention.

Yes, as long as it's real (Sildenafil citrate). I never needed it, just took it to see what happens. You only get a hard on if something arouses you, but once you have it's like an iron bar and sometimes even when you've *** it stays like that. I've gone 3 rounds with it before without the slightest droop and had to stop eventually because it's felt like my bell end was gonna explode (wicked night ;)). You can also tell if its real because it affects your blood pressure, your sinuses feel slightly blocked and you may feel a bit flush.

It works but you have to be sexually stimulated it's not like an instant hard on. It can take up to an hour so thats plenty of time to enjoy exploring each other and having fun before actually doin the deed.

If you dont need it don't bother taking it coz it can just end up giving you a headache.

OH yeah it works but it's quite unsubtle in its effects and maybe things last a little longer than expected!! Me and my partner ended up laughing about it because it definitely "outstayed it's welcome".

But yes it works no doubt about it.

A word of caution, I tried it out of curiosity but I am healthy and normal and hopefully I won't need it again till I am in my 70's. If you take it "recreationally" and regularly you risk not being able to perform without it and then where will you be? remember it's a medicine. But it works so well, it's like a joke. Subtle it ain't!!

ps keep your eyes peeled for "generic" alternatives, theres stuff called Kamagara which is less shall we say, rigid in its effects.

No, it doesn't. I know a gut that took it and only last 2 minutes after that. The next time we had sex and he didn't take it he last a minute. So it doesn't work.

Yes of course it works. maybe not the crap you may buy down at the pub for £1 or the fake stuff available online but if you get it from the doctor it will work.

I've heard it works, I've also heard it can lead to intense headaches. I don't need it, but suggest you "try it and see."
