i be messing with this girl at work and she says she really likes me alot but she dont want a man just yet. she also say she need a break cause her and her ex broke up their 4 years commitment 5 months ago

If you have to "make" her say yes, then she doesn't really want to. Give her time, be patient, stop pushing, and you might be surprised.

Give her some time... It could be what she needs to heal her wounds. 4 years is a long time. You need to be understanding and instead be ther for her. Understand that she's had a broken heart and she's vulnerable. She doesn't want it broken again. You may think 5 months is enough healing time but you never know what that relationship meant to her.
I suggest that you be there for her and support her, be her friend and one day she'll given in. If you're looking for something true, it takes patience sometimes.. Good luck though..

What do you mean "make" her? If that's your attitude, maybe she's being smart by saying no. The answer is you can't make her or anybody else do anything she doesn't want to do. So obviously you need a persuasive reason for her to want to. The fact that she doesn't want to right now means that you don't deserve for her to say yes. Get the picture yet? Now start being a benefactor to her.

Give her alittle time, and she'll come around. Just give her attention and act like you forgot you asked her out. Girls like people to be hard to get. Maybe she doesn't want a broken heart right now, and if you seem like a player? She doesn't want to go there again.

you can't make the poor girl say yes. give her time or she'll never be ready for the relationship u wanna give her..if u like her enought BACK OFF and let her decide when she's ready or she'll dump u in a heart beat trust me i'm a girl i know these things..lol

Give her some time, and let her know you are there for her. Don't pressure her. It takes some time to heal a broken heart, and it helps even more when you have a good person there with you to listen and help.

she is playin hard to get with cha is all, maybe she been with one man so long she forgot how to be with anyone else n is alil scared..take ya time n she might just give in. why u in such a hurry to hit it n quit it? oh u dient think i noticed that did ya, well i aint cha typical air headed female i see what otha ladies should see but they cant see.

You can't make a girl say yes. If she doesn't want to date you (and she doesn't- she told you herself) then you need to back off.
