the strands of my hair are very thin. is there anything..vitamins , home remedies anything that really makes them grow bigger in diameter. I don't want it to grow longer just thicker. I know that nothing is going to make me get more hair folicles, I know that i can't actually grow more hair. I just want the hair i already have to be thicker in diameter.

I don't know why people would want thicker hair. My hair is pretty thick and it is an absolute nuissance.

I hear that Mane n Tail works. It was originally a horse shampoo used to make horses' manes grow stronger, longer, and thicker, but it also works for humans.

I'm not sure though, so don't take my word for it because I've never tried it.

Hm. I'm not sure.

I know that I just ordered a bunch of hair stuff from Carol's Daughter. It's a store for textured hair and I wonder if they have anything that would help you. It's worth a shot.

Certain haircuts can make your hair look thicker. Like a blunt cut. Ask a hairstylest what will make your hair appear more fuller.

Sorry. Nope. The best you can do is eat healthy and your hair will grow healthy and less prone to breakage, and to use styling products that give you volume and body.
