can i have 2 glasses of wine?

You should be fine (especially if you're only having 2 glasses), though if you want to be very safe, wait for a day.
Although taking Midol 12-hour (which has Naproxen in it, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory) is really fairly harmless, it can cause stomach bleeding and other problems if taken in combination with alcohol. I think that's more applicable to people who have more than 3 drinks a day.

Depending on how long ago you took it your probably fine. I found that midol 12 hr only actually lasts about 6 hrs.

You should be fine. I'm on a perscription medication and am fully able to drink whenever I like.
