ever tried God? that's the way i went.
i was extremely angery and would lash out physically. so i can definitely relate to you. *Hug* i have also found that finding a trusted friend to talk to helps a lot. i'm always available to talk if you need me. all my contact info is in my profile on answers. i also write it out. not a journal (although that's what a lot of people do)...but i am a poet. helps me a lot. *muah* hope you find what you need! :)

Anger always comes from frustration. Rather than thinking about how to control your anger, you need to understand where the frustration is coming from.
If you were mistreated as a child, you can't change the past. But you can look back at yourself and give yourself the love and understanding you were denied at the time.
Is it something more recent that's made you suffer? You not only can't always get what you want, you can't change something terrible that has happened. But you can learn to accept the unacceptable and reclaim your life.
Or perhaps you are tormented by a circumstance in the present. Pushing the pain down out of sight doesn't get rid of it. You have to check out your options.
I don't know why you're frustrated. I do know that not dealing with it will give you a steady source of anger.
One other thing. Find stuff that relaxes you and that you love to do and do a lot of it. Anything that gets you into nature (camping, mountain climbing, a walk in the woods, etc.) will give you more relief than you can imagine.
Reacting to your own anger will just give you more anger. Find peace. Good luck.

Sounds like you might need to take some anger management training from experts, not the dolts you will get advice from in this chat room. Anger can be alleviated and controlled. Get some real help.

Your best bet is to see a therapist. They can give you very specific exercises that will help you control your anger in intense and stressful situations.

See an anger management person. No one should live this way. You are danger not only to others, but to yourself AND your future.
