The ship we're going is carnival elation and our cabin is on the last level the one that starts with a R and there are no windows in our cabin and its those small ones.

none of the ships cabins will have irons in them, regardless of category type. Irons are forbidden, so don't bring one either, not even a travel one.

Bring Anti Wrinkle spray, or utilize the ship's laundry facilities..for a small fee you can have your garments sent out to be pressed, or there will be a iron and board for use in the coin operated laundry room, located on every or every other deck.

You are staying on the Riviera deck, I have cruised on the Elation when they used to go out of LA with a route to the Mexican Riviera. The cabin's on the ship are small and you are on the lowest level. They don't put Iron's in the rooms not because of the size of the room but because of fire harzards, iron's are located in the laundry room. There is a laundry room on each level of the ship, it too is small and the machines are coin operated. You will have a blast, make sure and try everything and tip your crew, it's worth it!

Cruise ships generally do not allow irons in the rooms due to the fire hazard. They will iron your clothes for you, for a fee of course.
