I am 25.5 years old. I have been with my wife (dating and marriage) for 5 years.

We planned to wait another year before trying to conceive, but I want to start sooner.

I see babies everywhere and I get happy at thinking of becoming a dad one day.

My friends have children and I spend time with playing with them and I go home thinking about how lucky and happy they are to have children.

Hopefully my first child will be born before I turn 27.

Is this normal for a man?

Yes. My husband is the same way. We have been married for over 17 months, he is 27 and I am 29. He wants to have a baby asap!!!! He just wants to be a father and we are ready, there is nothing wrong with the way you are feeling, your body is telling you that you are ready to be a daddy!! :)

i'm not an impatient individual yet am wanting to hearken to at least something else.. for it really is clear that there is extra to be printed.. as such i am going to withhold my opinion.. for a way can every person critique unfinished project? I have in ordinary words to say that i got here across it very not ordinary hitting precise from "Granddad became" and that i have a feeling i understand the position this is going because i'm probably studying too a lot "between" the lines.. (-: properly written (((Bri))) I shall watch for something else happilly with baited breath. playstation .. i commend your respond to the responses you've had. it really is a real guy which could keep a civil tongue in his head even as all about you're dropping theirs (-:

Don't forget that men have some estrogen to. These paternal feelings are good as long as you feel you are ready. If it makes you happy and you know you can bring a baby into a stable loving home then I say go for it.

I think it is great! No it is not abnormal. My brother wanted to be a father for as long as I can remember. He is a very proud father of 3 great, and well loved children! Good luck to you and your wife.

Sure, biological clocks kick in whenever, for both men and women. You have a good attitude and that will be a must for when the kids arrive!

It's more common than you think. My husband really wants us to have another baby really soon. My best friend's husband also has baby fever.
