I don't drink many lagers (see my ale answer!) but if I do I usually choose a bottle of Sam Adams, hands down. Of the brands you list, Grolsch. When in non-Germantic and non-Czech Europe I will take a Stella Artois but only on draught; for some reason the bottled seems less good (in Canada the reverse is so!). A fresh, cold draught Sagres is good with the food, too.

None of those listed. IMO they are all pretty homogenous except Budvar. Personally I'd rather have a decent German Pilsner, Bock, Vienna or export. But here in Britain, my favourite is Sainsburys taste the difference Vienna style amber lager.

It WAS Sam Adams, but we have a new microbrewery and I had some of their lager a couple of days ago, so I would have to say Gardner Ale House Lager.

Well from your list I'd say Heineken.
But one of mine is Samuel smiths oatmeal lager but it's a bit pricey.

Hoegaarden Weissbeer - not sure if it's technically a lager but it's good stuff
