Firstly- there is no such thing as spot reducing. i.e. you can't do situps to lose fat on your stomach.

So- you need to lose fat all over your body- which will probably come off your thighs first- since that's where your body has apparently chosen to store its fat.

So- just do all the normal weight loss things- like eating better and exercising.

Those Nautilus Weight Machines at the gym work wonders IN conjunction with regular exercise, i.e. walk or run on a treadmill, use of an elliptical machine. I'm talking about the machines that are a little bit embarrassing to use at the gym...it involves an opening and closing of the legs, and the guys just love to watch, for some reason....LOL.

If you ever want to "lose" weight you will need to move. As in cardio: swimming, treadmill, walking fast outside, stationary bike, elliptical, kickboxing, tae bo, dancing. Anything to make you move, your body starts burning fat after 20 minutes, so you'll need to do it for at least 30 minutes to start and then work up to an hour. This is why classes are so popular at the clubs, so you have company doing it. You could also order something online too if you want to.

Hi
This plan worked for me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

Good luck

As morey said, you can't lose weight just in your thighs.

But you can tone up the muscles in your thighs, which is still important. Do squats, stairs, stationary bike or but crunches - or a combination of those.

Also don't neglect your upper body.
