Anytime is a good time for a nap. As for bedtime, just make sure you get 8-10 hours sleep depending on your age. You should sleep longer (10 hours) if you are under 18.

go to sleep whent he sun set, go with nature:P
but i dont think anyone would do that eexcet if you were like african tribe..oh well, humans should have 7 - 10 hours of sleep a night.

well i gess it matters when you are planning to wake up. you are supposed to get at least 8 hours of sleep each night.
