Me and this boy named "J" have known each other for a week now, we flirt with each other all the time in class but he wont admit how he feels. Today he gave me his phone number should I just tell him how I feel about him???

There's no need to have The Big Relationship and Feelings Discussion when you've only known someone for a week. I can't think of a thing that tends to turn off a guy more.

Keep flirting; call him to chat; but keep things casual for a while and let it develop naturally. Have fun with it. There's no need to rush into anything.

Call him up and chat but dont get too seriouse on the phone. My guy friend says when he's only know a girl for a week then he'll give her his number so that he can check out her personality. Its kinda like how girls will flirt with guys they're not sure they like. Anyway, if your still hanging out after two weeks, then ask him out.

well no. just call him and make plans to go out, obviously he likes you or he wouldn't have gave you his number. and after you guys have your little date or whatever you want to call it just go from there.
