I live in southern Thailand, also very hot and humid.

Do you use an airconditioner?

We don't. We use fans. Airconditioners when used in humid climates can cause all sorts of havoc with your nose and stuff.

Clean your filters every week if you use aircon.

Better, don't use aircon.

If that don't work try stuffing cotton wool up your nose before you go to bed ;-)

Might be your nasal passage is too narrow or has an overgrowth which inhibit disposal. I would suggest you make an appointment with a Dr of ear, nose and throat[ENT]

Claritin is now available as an over the counter drug. Get some of that and you'll be home free.
