if you love her and if she loves you too then just think about what she would love to hear the most. It could be just telling her how much you love her ... or telling her that you cannot live without her ... or tell her that one day u wanna be the grandfather of her grandchildren ... or maybe .... just tell her how important she is in ur life by giving her a thank you for being there card and a rose ... infact 5 roses ... 5 roses have always been lucky for me ... u try it too ... and also try to take her out for a movie or dance or dinner and spend time with her bcos thats what a girl likes d most.

Write her a poem about her beauty, things that you love about her, tell her how much you like having her as a friend, that you love her, play her favourite love songs and sing along to her?
