thinks im really hott but hes shy and wont tlk to me very much he doesnt want a gf/bf relationship but always asks me to make out with him and stuff and says he loves me jokingly what should i say to him???

Depends on how you feel about him. If you like him, stick around become his friend, let him see what a great girl you are. But don't have a friends w/ benefits relationship w/ this guy no matter what. They never end well, and often make you get your expectations up and start hoping that maybe they'll be something more, but there never will be. It's just the cold hard truth. If you don't like this guy that much, just tell him that ALL you want is to be his friend and nothing more. If you like him and think that you could never be in a relationship w/ him, you need to move.

These days its hard for men to show there interest in women, for fear of :
1, sexual harassment
2, offending her
3, destroying a friendship
4, mixed messages (wrong intention)
5, of course "rejection"
6, leading on a one sided quest
the list goes on ,,,,
if you make the first move it may lift a lot of his
inhibitions and pave the way for mutual understanding.

Are you 100% sure he doen't want a gf? Maybe he is giving you that impresion when actualy he wants to be with you.
