These are ok to have once in awhile, but they are more of a gimmick than anything else. If you type into your search engine" how much protein should I have?" you'll see that most people get more than enough protein in our foods if we eat normally. We get too much usually. A good daily vitamin would be even better, a multiple one.

Working out and eating proper foods, INCLUDING protien will help you gain muscle mass.
