rye toast IS the best. Pumpernickel would come in second, then wheat and finally.....white!

I like the wheat if it has actual chunks of oats in it. Otherwise, give me the pumpernickel!

rye cuz i like caraway seeds yet I often decide on sourdough because of the fact it would not enhance my BG as plenty i will get my caraway seed restoration with Danish Havarti cheese with caraway seeds
