You need a good theoretic basis first. The rules only fit 80% of the subjects. If you dont get a grounding in how you validate your tests you will be shooting in the dark.
I am not an NLP practitioner. I think it is the most left brain version of hypnosis- a right brain hemisphere phenomena.
I suggest these people are far better. Read some of Churchills books.

They teach how to go into trance with your client. Thus actualizing your potential. Using just left brain technique is void of the right brains ability to see the gestalt.


If you are just looking for fun hypnosis take a weekend course in Vegas.

I tried it several years ago, but no success. I will admit I didn't really put my heart and soul into it though. Too much of what I was taught about cues from others didn't pan out, so I lost interest.
