What are you talking about? Blaming parents for what? I blame my parents for things they did/do wrong, but I don't blame them for everything. Half of what I say, they disagree with or get offended about, because, well, I'll just say I have a better set of morals than they do.

But I don't get what you're saying. If you have kids, they're *your* responsibility. It's great if you have a supportive community to help you out, but ultimately, raising your kids is up to you. A lot of parents ***** and moan about, oh, the internet is soooo awful and TV is soooo full of sex and violence! If you don't want your kids seeing something, then keep them away from it. My parents didn't even have a VCR until I was in high school, and they still don't have cable. I don't advocate being as controlling as they were and keeping your kids totally isolated from the world, but if you want to instill values in your kids, don't expect the rest of us to take up the slack! You can't control the whole world, and I'm glad of it, because from what I can tell (not that I can tell much, since your "question" is vague and confusing), you seem to be one of those fundamentalist-want-to-censor-everything types. Give it a rest! Control what you can and just shut up about the rest of it. It's not up to us to do what you won't do yourself.
