The most recent wedding I went to the bride fainted! Though we've seen the clips on America's Funniest Videos-not sure who faints more-brides or grooms?! I think it's grooms-not sure-but I've seen brides faint too. Anyone got any personal experiences?

Grooms faint more - they stand up front longer with their knees locked from nerves. Cuts off blood circulation & they are out. Brides usually faint from too tight undergarments.

I have never seen anyone faint at a wedding. The most likely cause would be someone who didn't eat anything for a long period of time (a couple days or more), as well as a lack of sleep added in.
Locked knees, etc should not make you faint.

Lots of times people forgot to eat, and then they are stressed, and standing up there sweating. = fainting
It can happen to either the bride or the groom equally

wow, i've haven't been to a wedding where anyone fainted but if that's the case, i think it's more on the individual. I don't have stats for you on who faints more, sorry.
