how do i get a girlfriend??????

i am 13 and there is this girl i really like (love) we are friends. how do i ask her to go on a date with me. what is the most effective way to get to her heart? no stupid answers please.

You need to be honest. Tell this girl you really like her ( don't say love, your only 13) just ask her if she wants to go to the movies. And since you two are so young, ask if she wants to go with a group of friends.
