i have a little handheld casio tv.my reception is poor.?

what can i do to improve it.it has an external antenna ,doesnt do the trick in my area.it also has a jack for external antenna/any advice how ti boost reception ty

Get an external antenna and plug it in to the Casio. It will help a little but that's the most you'll be able to do.
