I'm not really overweight but I want some advice that's easy to stick to. Food tips, meal plans, exercise plans, and any other tips please!

Food tips: Limit these foods to once or twice a week: cheese, sodas, sweet treats, fast foods, fried foods.
Try to eat fruits and veggies. Try to not eat anything after 7:30 at night. Eat a good breakfast, and lunch and keep the dinner on the lighter side. Your biggest meals should be breakfast and lunch.
Try to stay active, don't sit around alot, get out and get some exercise!

I am a mom of a 10 year old girl and the best advice I can give you is to stay busy (away from the snacks and television). Start out slow, just walking around the block once or twice. As you are able, then jog and run. Ride your bike - if you don't have one put it on your Christmas list (Santa will understand). Start exercising and keep it up. Stay away from the sweets. Not only because they assist with weight gain, but they will decay your teeth.

a million you probly dont want 2 loose weight 2 im goin that may be useful you anyhow 3 idk why i in basic terms sense like being staggering 4 and that i in basic terms like helping human beings out 5 for fat on the tummy do exactly situps and crunches 6 arm fat pushups 7 dont supply up keep working for an hour an afternoon each and each month upload an hour for evrey day via the 2d month u could be doing 2 hours an afternoon 8 do alot of working walking ect 9 consume a lot of protine and dont supply up 10 sturdy luck and lemmie know the way it is going :) peace ;)

If your not really overweight then you just need to stay on a healthy regimen. Drink plenty of water, stay active, and eat controlled portions. You dont necessarily have to eat salad all the time. Stay away from fast food!!!

if you are not overweight, i would recommend eating less meat and doing yoga/pilates. most sports (running, swimming, basketball, soccer...) will give you bulky muscles and will probably make you gain weight if you are already thin. yoga and pilates build long, lean muscles. i'd recommend birkam yoga (where they heat the room to over 100 degrees) but any kind will do.

cut out pop/soda. I lost alot of weight just cutting that out of my diet thou do go naughty once in awhile and have to have some. if thats the case for you try to devolope a taste of diet..not to bad after you have had acouple.. Also drink green tea, very good for you... and of course exercise, try to stay active like people suggested go for walks, try to start running. You could see if you can get active in sports in school too. try to eat healthy, cut out on sweets, junk food. if you have alot of junk food in your house talk to your parents or whoever you live with and see if they can get you healthy snack foods... just becareful that you don't go over board on your weight loss, you see "fat" that others don't see. make sure that you go at a healthy pace.

quit eating so much

drink plenty of water and aerobic exercise daily for 45 minutes

no sodas or over sugary things

high protien

eat more fruits and veggies, run/walk a couple mile a day, (i know, it sounds like a long way, but im 13 and its not that bad). pilates is awesome 2! good luck! :)
