blue balls is a slang term for a temporary fluid congestion in the scrotum and prostate region. It is most-commonly associated with adolescents but can occur in any sexually mature male. It is often accompanied by a deep, agonizing, cramping ache.

Blue Balls is when you are aroused, like foreplay, and then nothing happens. Release is denied.
BUT there is one other instance, and though its not painful it can be a little scary for guys and girls alike.
Basically you are so aroused, and "release" very hard, or are having intense intercourse, and "release" very hard. It bruises the soft, sensitive skin of the scrotum. Guys will have noticed it once or twice, but thought it was a trick of the light. Its a darkening of the skin.

sometimes if a woman gets a man going and makes him think he is gonna get sex, then he doesnt get it...they can hurt..
Personally that is what i have always understood blue balls to mean. But yeah it doesnt really happen if the guy does a DIY job.

"Blue balls" are a result of prolonged stimulation without orgasm. If a guy gets them while masturbating, he has absolutely know idea what he's doing...it is an intensely unpleasant experience.

i never heard of a man having blue balls if he masterbates only if he begins to masterbate then stops or is interupted and doesnt finish thats the only way i know of

blue balls is when you leave a man after getting him hard, and my man has told me that it really dont hurt... he says it sucks cause he wants to get layed but it does not hurt at all...
