Wicca is a fairly new religion based upon pre-Christian religions, ceremonial magick traditions and folk magick. I won't go into the history, since you didn't ask about the history, but Wicca is a Pagan tradition.

Most traditional-style Wiccans believe in:
Polarity (ie: honoring a God and Goddess)
A hierarchal coven structure
Structured ritual
Celebrating the moon
Celebrating 8 sabbats (holidays) that coincide with the changing of the seasons

Wicca is a Pagan tradition, and most Pagans believe:
In religious tolerance
That each person is able to connect with deity as they see fit
That nature is important, some believe its part of God
That the spirits of nature are able to be communicated with
Everything is connected

Many Wiccans practice witchcraft, and are witches. Many witches believe:
That it is possible to manipulate energy
That anything is possible
That symbols are a major way to reach the subconscious
That divination is a way to foretell events, a way to look inward, or a way to communicate with deity

Thats only part of it, as Wicca (and Paganism) is a very complex spiritual path.

Depending upon how you look at Wicca, it is either one of the newest or one of the oldest religions in the world: Wicca is a recently created, Neopagan religion. The various branches of Wicca can be traced back to Gardnerian Witchcraft which was founded in the UK during the late 1940s.
Wicca is based on the symbols, seasonal days of celebration, beliefs and deities of ancient Celtic society. Added to this material were Masonic and ceremonial magickal components from recent centuries. In this respect, it is a religion whose roots go back almost three millennia to the formation of Celtic society circa 800 BCE.

A follower of Wicca is called a Wiccan. Wicca and other Neopagan religions are currently experiencing a rapid growth in the U.S., Canada, and Europe. This is seen particularly among some teenagers, who are rejecting what they feel is the autocracy, paternalism, sexism, homophobia, and insensitivity to the environment that forms part of some more traditional religions. Many North Americans of European descent, who are keen to discover their ancestral heritage, are also attracted to this religion.

Wicca is one of the "old religions". Many of it's practices are based on nature and natural rhythms. It really depends on which pantheon the Wiccan is working with.

Wicca is a nature-revering religion. It's fairly new. They worship a Goddess and a God and believe in the sacredness and interconnectedness of all things.
