I think perhaps your best bet would be to try a finance company because they have less stringent rules regarding the loans they give as compared to a bank . If you have collateral such as a car that you own outright you would definitely not have a problem or perhaps something else of value. It depends on how much you would like to borrow. The rules will likely become more stringent depending on the amount and collateral if any.. You may be able to get a credit card quickly from capitol one or orchard bank both have easy qualifications and you could probably get it rather quickly by applying on-line. One catch with finance companies or credit cards such as I mentioned is the interests rates can run as high as 24% but it varies and may be a little lower.
