If it were that easy I don't think so many people would be overweight, and/or struggling to lose weight.

No. If you jump rope consistently for 10 to 15 minutes with a good rhythm; you will loose the amount of calories,water & sweat as you would on a 30 minute run. (with at least a 10 minute mile pace)

Nope, to lose a pound you have to burn 3200 calories. And 100 jump ropes does not take very long to do and does not burn all that many calories.

I don't know websites, but jumping (not just rope) works wonders for your figure.

you have to burn approzimately 3600 calories to loose a pound of fat (not water) and 100 jumps does not equal 3600 calories
