What if my dog doesn't know what to do with the puppies. What do I have to do?

take her to the vet. this way if anything goes wrong, she's there already. Plus, it's the same as a woman being pregnant and visiting her dr. regularly and then going to the hospital when in labor.

Take her immediately to the vet. If you cut the imbilical cords too short you can kill the puppies and it won't take any time at all for them to bleed out being so small.

Ask your vet for all necessary supplies and what to do if she goes into labor while they aren't on call. Write down everything they say. Also, write down the number of the emergency vet they recommend, just in case.

Good luck and please get your dog spayed

It's instinct for her to give birth naturally. If she's really young and small, I'd watch her and don't help unless absolutely necessary.
