First, I will say that it sounds like a lot of people here think you have low blood pressure. It could very well be that you do have low blood pressure. I don't want to frighten you, but you may also have a brain tumor.
Either way, you need to see a doctor for a full neurological work up and evaluation right away!

Well, I know you would hate for us to tell you to go see a doctor, but honestly it's proly the best idea. Not very many people can diagnose your problem just by posting an asnwer. We can let you know what it MIGHT be but certainly not give you an exact answer. I suggest seeing a doctor who knows his stuff. This has happened to me before. I ignore it. I take it lightly tho. I dont get all gitty bout a lotta things that happen. I hope you feel better and have a nice day...

often when someone sits or stands too fast they will blackout for 5 - 10 seconds, it is normal as this problem most likely relates to blood flow to the visual part of the brain, and gravity.
not being able to move when this happens is probably also related to blood flow to the part of your brain that controls movement.
if you choose to see a doctor they will most likely have you drink a fluid that will make your veins show on an x-ray or CT scan so they will be able to see what kind of circulation you are getting to your brain and other body parts that may be effecting this.

You could have something called "postural hypo tension", a fancy way of saying you have very low blood pressure when lying down and it takes time for your BP to go up to normal.
If you have very low blood pressure you will get dizzy and lightheaded when getting out of bed or rising from a chair.
Nobody in here can give you a diagnosis. Only your doctor can do that. All we can do is give you guesses. And you got mine.

heck no you don't have a neuro problem, you just have low blood pressure and/or low blood sugar levels. it probably happens mostly when u don't eat a whole bunch. if u eat a little bit every 3 or 4 hours i bet it won't happen. try it, what can u lose. i was a small eater as a child/teen and that happened to me all the time. now that i eat a little more regularly (don't worry u won't get fat) it doesn't happen so much.

It is possible, you are moving too quickly, trying to get up. That has happened to me often. However, in the meantime, you can keep a journal beside your bed, and keep track of how often this happens, and other effects that occur during that time. Kind of like keeping a log. So we'll call it your health log, just as an example. Should you get worse, and start to feel anxious, or really concerned about your health, make an appointment and bring your log with you to show your doctor. He/she will appreciate your effort of keeping an eye on your health like that, and may use it for his records if he needs or wants future reference. Try to log in in as simple terms as possible, meaning make your log like a chart showing date, time, comment area...where you would describe your symptoms, the duration time of your symptoms, medication you may be taking, and their scheduled dose times and check mark to show you have taken them, and leave blank when you may have forgot, but add in your comment area say...missed dose and so on. In preference, you can keep your log with you, and just make a copy to hand in to your doctor, if you decide to have your symptoms investigated. I'm not a doctor or nurse, just trying to give you options to work with. Good luck!

could be either nerological, or ortho-static hypotension when you stand up from sitting down or sitting up when laying dow and you black out its usually because you body was not prepared for the shift and has to increas the ammount of blood being circulated after a few second s you should feel normal.

I am not a doctor or even in the medical field, but it sounds like you're orthostatic intollerant. It means you're blood pressure doesn't regulate itself as well as it should. Type Orthostatic Intollerance in to a Google search and read up on it. It runs in my family to varying degrees.
