stationary bike, if it doesn't produce any discomfort in your pulled muscle.
Any foot and leg exersizes, I guess, as long as they are isolated enough to the legs.

Yikes, how did you do this? Ouch!
Sounds like you can do cardio, any kind just about, stationary bike, treadmill, elliptical, lower body work with weights, I'm afraid if you try to do any upper body exercises with any resistance, it will bother your chest, so you could stick with the cardio and work your lower body. Hope you feel better soon.

maybe yoga would be yr best bet or walking. try tips on yoga routines on this site
