everclear is the strongest hard liquor. 190 proof.

I would think that Absinth would be the strongest hard liquor, considering it's apparently too hard to be sold in the U.S.

When I was in Saudi Arabia it was a moonshine called Sidiki ("my friend" in Arabic). Pure sugar, yeast and water. Blew my bloody head off more than once until I learned to treat it with respect. Nothing like it here in England. Ah... those were the days. :-) xx

Grave's Grain alcohol is 190 proof, or 95% alcohol.However it may not be available in your state. Bicardi 151 is the most popular and commonly available brand. It is 75.5 % alcohol.

i believe it's moonshine, which is 200 proof (100% alcohol). but if you're talking legal drinks i think it's a tie between bacardi rum 151 & everclear, which are both 151 proof (75.5% alcohol).
