I have thick really curly hair that gets frizzy if I don't watch it.
I use Aussie Shampoo Moist and wash with cool water.
Twice a week I use Main And Tail Conditioner http://www.manentail.com/products/personal/conditioner.asp after shampooing, again rinsed with cool water. I buy both at Walmart for cheap. A bottle of conditioner lasts about 6 months and I have long hair.
Every two weeks I put the conditioner in before I go to bed and wrap my hair in a towel. I leave it on overnight and rinse it out in the morning.
Works great, hardly any frizzies, no breakage and my hair is very soft.

I tried out the new Garnier Fructis - Curl & Shine shampoo and conditioner. It works great. Also, a leave-in conditioner is very helpful. I recommend Infusium 23 as a leave-in.

My hair is thick and frizzy and curly lol. I really like Bed Head products by Tigi...especially Moisture Maniac. A leave-in conditioner on top of that is a great idea, also some frizz serum. Bed Head and Catwalk, most Tigi hair products are really good.

Well, why don't you get a 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner that does both and use a leave in conditioner for when you are done showering?

Sunsilk Hydra TLC shampoo, conditioner, and 24/7 creme. The 24/7 creme is a leave in conditioner and your hair will feel soft and silky.

My daughter and I have thick and frizzy hair and are trying the new Sunsilk products. Shampoo, conditioner and goop to defrizz. Sorry not sure of the actual names. Beware, they have a full range for different kinds of hair. We think it's great.

garnier fructis sleek and shine shampoo and deep conditioner (works great to use for letting your hair curl or to straighten it)

elixers (may be spelt wrong) refining conditioner(leave in). it is in a green tube-check the back near the bottom, it should say john paul mitchell

i have very fine frizzy curly hair but these should work great for you too. the deep conditioner helps keep my hair healthy as well.

ask your hair dresser for a better answer.
good luck!

For thick and frizzy hair, I would suggest KeraCare shampoo and conditioner. Also, a favorite of mine is FrizzEase..you can find these at Sally's beauty supply or any beauty supply that you have.
