personally i believa that after 30 is the beginning of the end but i suppose it would be after 50 as it is a term meaning starting to get old.

Depends... When people slide into old fart status they don't want to learn new things, are indifferent to change of any kind, don't embrace everything around them anymore and just don't have the energy to care about people anymore either.
Most will thrive into's their 80's and even 90's before this happens. For some, it happens after their first divorce, or the passing of a spouse. For others, it happens after they break off with their first g/f...
Age is all in the mind. I'm 45... which means i'm 25 with 20 years experience now!

I think it depends on the person. As long as you can maintain a wise head and a young heart you will never be getting on a bit. When you start forgetting how to have fun, or look on life from a pessimistic point of view instead of an optimistic one, that's when your getting on a bit!

You are as old as you feel, my partner is 54 and is fitter than most 30 year olds. 40 is definately NOT old. The key thing is healthy eating and keep fit!

dang!,...I am on the downhill slide to seventy...getting on a bit is an understatement...I figure my brain is still in it's forties but my body is getting on a bit....my brain is fresh and vibrant....but my selfish body is not...it must be getting on a bit for sure.

one year older than I am at that time, what ever it will be. Remember, you are as young as you feel, and I like to feel all the legal young girls that I can.
