I'm afraid it's forbidden now, you have to found old people who know the recipe and make it on their own....
I not agree sayin pastis has the same taste....
You can still find absinthe in Andorra , but it's not the real one (cause it's less high in alcohol, 55-60° when the real one reaches 70-80°).
You have to add some sugar by makin it burn in a spoon ( and recover the sugar with some absinthe to get it burned) then simply put the burnt sugar in your drink,
it's really tasty and good even of the high alcohol degree, but be careful, some drinks up and you'll feel high..

You can go to "Le Procope", it's the first caffe in the world ( I mean the oldest-about 1666), but don't invite Michael to dinner, it's very expensive. But if you have enough money for Michael, you can invite me too.

If you want to drink Absinthe, you must go to Czech Republic

Nowhere legally. But you can drink Pastis, which tastes similar (licorice flavor) without the brain damage.
